Mader, DDS In the fall of 2000, Dr. Mader introduced CEREC© dentistry to his practice in order to perform single visit porcelain inlays for his patients. Since becoming a CEREC© dentist, Dr. Mader has received a certification by the International Society of Computerized Dentist (1 out of 75 dentists worldwide) and was the First CEREC© dentist in Michiana. Dr. Mader currently has 20,000 CEREC© restorations in service and has made many patients happy through this new technology. Dr. Mader’s office is a well-known training site for other CEREC© dentists and has produced an educational DVD. Thomas P. Lynch, DDS Dr. Patrick Lynch is a graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Indiana School of Dentistry. After graduation, he completed a Graduate Practice Residency program at the University of Minnesota Fairview Hospital. During the residency he worked closely with medical and dental specialists to treat medically compromised patients and perform dental treatment/surgery in a hospital setting. Amy Brockman, DMD Dr. Amy Brockman an east-coast native, is a graduate of Purdue University and received her dental degree from the University of Connecticut. She continued her post-graduate training with a Dental Implant Fellowship, also at UCONN. Dr. Brockman is married to a U.S. Army veteran, and during his time of active duty, had a variety of adventures. She has worked as a civilian dentist on a military installation in Germany as well as in a rural, underserved Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHQ) in Kansas as a National Health Service Corps (NHSC) provider.
